The Series III was build from 1971 up to 1983(or 1985?). There were build serveral variants in the Series III.
British Forces uses Petrol powered (2 1/4l) Landrovers:- Landrover Truck 3/4 Ton GS 12V
- Landrover Truck 3/4 Ton FFR 24V
- Landrover Lightweight Truck 1/2 Ton 12V
- Landrover Lightweight Truck 1/2 Ton FFR 24V
- Landrover Battlefield Ambulance
The dutch Army used diesel(2 1/4l) engined landrovers:
- Landrover Lightweight 1/2 Ton 24V
- Landrover 109 3/4 Ton 24V
- Battlefield Ambulance
